At Kids Land PK, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that shopping for kids requires the perfect fit and comfort. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you with a hassle-free exchange process.


1. Exchange Policy

  • You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Items on “Clearance Sale” or “Final Sale” are not eligible for exchange unless they are defective.

2. How to Request an Exchange?

We have made the process very simple for our customers:

  1. Contact Us: Send a message on our official WhatsApp: 0336-7878580.
  2. Provide Details: Share your Order Number and a clear picture or video of the product you wish to exchange.
  3. Approval: Once our team approves your request, you can send the item back to our provided address.
  4. Replacement: After we receive and inspect the item, your new requested size/product will be dispatched.

3. Delivery & Shipping Charges

  • Defective/Wrong Item: If we sent the wrong size, color, or a damaged product, Kids Land PK will bear all the shipping costs.
  • Customer Choice: If you want to exchange the product because of size issues or personal preference, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges (Fixed Rs. 250).

4. Refund Policy

  • Please note that we do not offer cash refunds.
  • We provide Exchange for another size/product or Store Credit (Voucher) that you can use for your next purchase.
